Expert digital, web, social media et multiplicateurs

About the role

NTU International is seeking a non‑principal expert to support a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role focuses on digital, web and social‑media communication, as well as leveraging multipliers to reach target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital communication strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage social‑media channels and create engaging content for French‑speaking audiences.
• Coordinate web‑based campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with partners to amplify messages through local multipliers.
• Produce reports on digital outreach and impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in digital communication, digital marketing, webmarketing, digital journalism or a related field.
• Fluent French; Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English are assets.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital communication, social‑media management, web content or community management (or 6 years if the degree requirement is not met).
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience managing web or social‑media campaigns.
