About the role

NTU International is building a team of non‑key experts for a new EU‑funded project that aims to boost the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The Event & Logistics Expert will support the design, coordination and execution of workshops, conferences and other outreach activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transport and technical equipment.
• Coordinate with external service providers, vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop detailed event schedules, budgets and risk‑management plans.
• Support the communication team in aligning event content with the project’s strategic objectives.
• Monitor on‑site execution, troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth participant experience.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum BAC+3) in event management, communication, tourism, hospitality, project management or a related field. If the degree is not held, at least six years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in event organisation, logistics, provider coordination or project administration.
• Fluent French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English is considered an asset.
