Growth & Operations Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Operations Coordinator to support a major U.S. technology client. The role involves coordinating recruiting, onboarding, sales pipelines, and day‑to‑day operations across multiple markets, working remotely from Algeria.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, and follow‑ups.
• Support onboarding and help new team members become fully activated.
• Keep recruiting, onboarding, and sales pipelines organized.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to keep priorities and follow‑ups moving.
• Handle qualified inbound opportunities, including introductory calls and product demos.
• Track deadlines, action items, and key updates.
• Help prepare weekly reports and performance insights.
• Improve internal processes and help the department scale.

Required profile

• Perfect spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Strong communication and follow‑through.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
• Experience in project coordination, operations, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus.
