Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from our hotel in Algiers. Your mission is to create memorable first and last impressions by delivering personalized, efficient service throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through arrival and departure processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Process operational tasks such as check‑in/check‑out, luggage handling, and room assignments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues on the spot.
• Complete daily reports and documentation accurately.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
• Move, lift, and transport items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
