Insurance Manager – Online Sales & Partnerships

About the role

The Insurance Manager will lead the development and distribution of insurance products through online channels for BLS International in Algeria. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring that product offerings meet both business and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with insurance companies and brokers to create and launch suitable online insurance products.
• Manage and grow online insurance sales, meeting revenue and business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers and brokers to uncover new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to explore new products and growth initiatives.
• Perform monthly sales assessments, track performance against targets, and recommend improvements.
• Identify and introduce sachet insurance products for cross‑selling and upselling.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation and distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive online sales.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify growth areas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
