Insurance Manager – Partnerships & Online Sales

About the role

The Insurance Manager will lead the development and distribution of insurance products through online channels for BLS International in Algeria. You will act as the primary liaison between insurers, brokers and internal teams to drive revenue and expand the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and brokers to create suitable online insurance offerings.
• Manage and grow online insurance sales, ensuring business and revenue targets are met.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to explore new products, business opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Perform monthly sales assessments, track performance against targets and identify improvement areas.
• Introduce appropriate sachet insurance products to support cross‑selling and upselling.
• Collaborate with insurers and brokers to design products that meet business and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth product implementation, sales and distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance sales or travel sales.
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess performance data and drive improvements.
