Marketing Lead (Contract, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive the launch of a new product. This is a contract position, fully remote, where you will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the complete marketing strategy from scratch, including positioning, target segmentation, and funnel design.
• Set up, test, and scale Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns.
• Manage the advertising budget and track performance metrics.
• Provide creative direction for posts, video concepts, and hook ideas that capture audience attention.

Required profile

• Demonstrable results from Meta ad campaigns that you can present.
• Experience selling software solutions to business owners, not just creating aesthetic ads.
• Mindset focused on building full campaigns rather than isolated posts.

Required skills

• Meta ads (Facebook advertising) campaign creation, testing, and scaling.
