Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Sidi Bel Abbes

About the role

The position is a field‑based pharmaceutical sales representative responsible for promoting and informing healthcare professionals about the company’s products in the Sidi Bel Abbès region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct informational and promotional visits with doctors, pharmacists and other health professionals.
• Answer product‑related questions, including indications, contraindications and differentiating benefits.
• Organise and animate professional communication activities such as medical meetings, continuous education sessions and congress participation.
• Gather competitive intelligence and report market insights to management.
• Prospect and develop a portfolio of pharmacy clients, ensuring product promotion and commercial visits according to a defined route plan.
• Negotiate commercial terms within company policy, achieve sales and market‑share targets, and follow up on orders and payments.
• Participate in sales meetings and product training sessions.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 1‑5 years of sales experience, preferably a first role as a commercial delegate.
• Strong communication and relational skills, result‑oriented, autonomous and adaptable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
