Planificateur (H/F) – Fixed-term

About the role

EURL STAGMA Construction is looking for a Planner (H/F) to strengthen its project teams. The position is a fixed‑term contract based at the DG Bouchaoui site, supporting the planning of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely updates.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare regular planning reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on rigor and anticipation.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in the construction sector (BTP) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools.
