Product Sales Specialist – Surgery (Algeria)

About the role

The Product Sales Specialist – Surgery will provide product, technical and clinical expertise to accelerate growth of GE HealthCare Surgery solutions across Algeria. You will work closely with sales teams, channel partners and customers to communicate the clinical and economic value of our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, orders, margin, market share and customer satisfaction for the Surgery portfolio.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and clinical differentiation strategies with the business manager.
• Lead pre‑ and post‑sales activities such as product demonstrations, clinical image reviews and Surgical C‑arm demonstrations.
• Build long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders, manage show sites and support account teams with opportunity strategy.
• Prepare quotations and tender responses, ensuring accurate documentation with sales managers and channel partners.
• Track market activity, maintain forecast data and share competitor insights with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a radiographer, clinical applications specialist, operating‑room nurse or equivalent healthcare professional.
• Experience supporting sales of mobile imaging or surgical imaging equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80 % across the assigned region.
