Quality Engineer – QMS Implementation & Continuous Improvement

About the role

The Quality Engineer will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all project activities. You will ensure that quality issues, non‑conformities, and customer or supplier concerns are recorded, analysed, and closed through effective corrective and preventive actions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on quality cases, non‑conformities, and corrective actions.
• Ensure project activities comply with company standards, customer requirements, and international standards such as ISO 9001.
• Participate in quality audits and prepare inspection/test reports.
• Track supplier and subcontractor quality performance and drive corrective measures.
• Perform root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why and Fishbone diagrams.
• Analyse quality KPIs (defect rates, NCR closure time, supplier performance) to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to manage quality concerns, ensuring timely communication and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality within engineering, EPC, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• CAPA, 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Statistical and analytical tools for KPI analysis.
