Regulatory Affairs Manager (Global Lead)

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a seasoned Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead global and regional regulatory strategies for its client portfolio. The role blends scientific expertise with commercial insight, enabling the professional to advise clients, shape regulatory solutions, and support business growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regulatory strategies for regional and global client projects.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory submissions, lifecycle management and regulatory intelligence.
• Support proposal development, bid defenses and strategic client engagements.
• Partner with business development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and act as their regulatory advisor.
• Coordinate health authority interactions and regulatory planning activities.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline and quality expectations.
• Mentor colleagues, share best practices and drive continuous improvement across regulatory operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in Regulatory Affairs within global and regional environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
• Experience preparing and managing CTD/eCTD submissions.
• Proven client‑facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting proposal development, business development or pre‑award activities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
