About the role
We are seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to join our remote team on a long‑term basis. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, handling both sales and administrative duties to support daily operations and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls and emails.
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate air‑duct, HVAC, or insulation solutions.
- Provide feedback to management on client interactions and market trends.
- Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and focus.
