Senior Opinion Survey Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Opinion‑Survey Analyst to join a pool of Non‑Key Experts supporting a EU‑funded communication project across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. The role will provide strategic, technical and logistical research support to DG MENA, helping to shape outreach and policy communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including opinion surveys and focus groups.
• Develop questionnaires, discussion guides and sampling strategies.
• Analyse survey data and focus‑group findings to identify trends, perceptions and communication opportunities.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations and evidence‑based recommendations.
• Support audience segmentation and behavioural insights for communication campaigns.
• Advise on research methodologies, data quality and interpretation of findings.
• Present research results to project teams, DG MENA and other stakeholders.
• Contribute research insights to communication strategies, campaign development and policy outreach activities.

Required profile

• Degree in statistics, social sciences or market research.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 5 years of general experience in survey/opinion research.
• At least 3 years of specific experience designing and analysing surveys and focus groups.
• Regional research experience in the MENA area is an asset.
