About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead pharmaceutical projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. This position coordinates cross‑functional teams to deliver new product launches, industrial transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute project plans, setting objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate activities among R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain issue logs.
• Facilitate and lead regular project status meetings and provide reporting to senior management.
• Support product launch, industrial transfer, and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing pharmaceutical or related industry projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Leadership, analytical mindset, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and priority‑management skills.
