Visiteur Pharmaceutique – Annaba

About the role

The pharmaceutical visitor will act as the bridge between our product portfolio and health professionals in the Annaba region. You will promote, inform and advise pharmacists and other healthcare providers about our medicines, ensuring they have the knowledge to use them safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct informational, promotional and advisory visits to pharmacies and other health professionals.
• Answer questions on product characteristics, contraindications and differential advantages.
• Organize and animate professional communication events such as medical meetings, continuous education sessions and congresses.
• Gather competitive intelligence and report market trends to management.
• Prospect new pharmacy clients, develop and maintain a customer portfolio.
• Execute commercial visits according to a predefined route plan and negotiate commercial terms within company policy.
• Achieve sales volume and market‑share targets, monitor orders and payments.
• Participate in commercial meetings and product training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as a commercial delegate, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
