About the role

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will act as the primary link between our company and healthcare professionals in the Skikda region. You will provide product information, promote our portfolio, and support pharmacies in achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct informational, promotional and advisory visits to doctors, pharmacists and other health professionals.
• Answer product‑related questions, highlighting features, contraindications and differential advantages.
• Organise and animate professional communication events such as medical meetings, continuous education sessions and congresses.
• Gather competitive intelligence and report market insights to management.
• Prospect, develop and maintain a portfolio of pharmacy clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policy and achieve sales and market‑share targets.
• Follow up orders, payments and ensure accurate market feedback.
• Participate in sales meetings and product training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Marketing or a related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related sales, with at least one role as a commercial delegate.
• Result‑oriented, autonomous, organised and able to work dynamically in a team.
• Strong communication and relational abilities, with adaptability to changing market conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
