Account Manager – Dairy-Cheese Business

About the role

Novonesis is hiring an Account Manager for its FBB Dairy-Cheese business in Algeria. Reporting to the Head of Dairy Sales, you will combine technical expertise in cheese applications and dairy technology with strong commercial and customer relationship skills. As an individual contributor, you support cheese manufacturers through product development, from understanding their needs to running application trials and troubleshooting challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers within the Dairy-Cheese business.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored ingredient and cheese application solutions.
• Support customers throughout the product development process.
• Plan and conduct application trials with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot technical and application challenges and optimize product performance for quality, cost and production efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology.
• 4 to 12 years of relevant techno-commercial experience.
• Hands-on expertise in cheese applications and dairy technology.
• Experience supporting application trials, product development and technical troubleshooting.
• Professional proficiency in English.
