Account Manager II – Building Management Systems

About the role
The Account Manager II will own customer engagement for Honeywell’s Building Management System (BMS) portfolio across Algeria, Tunisia and other French‑speaking markets. You will develop deep insight into client needs, position Honeywell solutions, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling and technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the expansion of Honeywell BMS solutions in Algeria, Tunisia and French‑speaking countries.
- Manage commercial activities through a partner network, reaching end‑users, consultants and contractors.
- Apply the 1BA STRAP approach to achieve sustainable business growth with partners.
- Monitor sales performance, negotiate contracts and implement initiatives to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct competitive analysis and coordinate responsive strategies with the Africa Business Leader.
- Assess market dynamics, customer needs and product positioning to shape pricing, service offerings and go‑to‑market plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
- 7–9 years of account management experience, preferably with contractors, consultants and end‑users.
- Proven experience in BMS, HVAC or control solutions.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Understanding of HVAC and control solution technologies.
