About the role

The Spare Parts Buyer will manage the full procurement cycle for replacement components, ensuring timely and cost‑effective acquisition. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of spare‑part commodities.
• Review supplier proposals, negotiate prices, and select the most suitable vendors.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Track orders from placement through delivery, verify receipt, and approve payments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and update internal databases.
• Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements.
• Conduct commercial analysis on suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply‑chain management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
