About the role

Oussama Promotion is strengthening its team and seeks a motivated, detail‑oriented architect with solid experience in real‑estate development. The role involves leading study and design phases for residential projects in the Cheraga area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed studies for housing projects.
• Produce 2D drawings and 3D models to communicate design intent.
• Ensure all designs comply with local construction regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and project managers.
• Participate in site visits and oversee the implementation of design solutions.

Required profile

• Architectural degree (Master’s level, Bac +5).
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience, preferably in real‑estate promotion or an architectural firm.
• Immediate availability.
• Strong teamwork attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 2D drawing software.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling software.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
