Assist IT/Operations Officer

About the role

The Assist IT/Operations Officer supports the delivery of accurate reporting, maintains operational systems, and contributes to the development of new IT solutions. This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure data quality, system reliability, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer structured reporting schedules, generate and analyse reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct time‑in‑motion studies and consolidate data for operational analysis.
• Maintain and optimise databases, coordinate system enhancements, and resolve user issues.
• Perform pre‑launch checks, assist with software roll‑outs, and monitor system usage.
• Implement and automate new IT/analysis solutions, improving daily processes and reporting.
• Procure equipment, support maintenance, and ensure compliance through regular audits.
• Capture project‑specific data with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Required profile

• Full‑time commitment with a strong focus on excellence.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan, organise, and execute tasks under pressure.
• Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork, and resilience.
