About the role
The company is seeking a proactive Assistant(e) de Direction to support senior management in daily operations. This role ensures smooth coordination of schedules, communications, and administrative tasks, acting as a reliable bridge between the executive team and internal or external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage the executive agenda, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Filter telephone calls, handle email correspondence, and welcome visitors professionally.
- Facilitate communication between management, various departments, and external partners.
- Draft meeting minutes, prepare summary dossiers, and oversee expense report processing.
Required profile
- Absolute discretion and high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational abilities and proactive planning skills.
- Quick responsiveness and diplomatic interaction with stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software suites, particularly Microsoft Office.
