About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for users across both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
