Brand Designer

About the role

The Brand Designer will join PUBDEC’s on‑site team in Maadid to shape and maintain the company’s visual identity across both print and digital media. Working closely with marketing and leadership, you will translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems that resonate with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop logos, typography systems, colour palettes and other core visual elements.
• Create and adapt brand assets for marketing materials, presentations, social media and other collateral.
• Produce production‑ready files and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, incorporate feedback and refine design concepts.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines as the brand evolves.

Required profile

• Strong background in brand identity and visual design for both digital and print.
• Proven ability to turn strategic objectives into clear visual concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities for on‑site collaboration.
• Relevant education in design, visual communication or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience using Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
