Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Brand Manager to join our digital intelligence agency in Algiers. You will shape brand strategy, positioning and identity across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and differentiated market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand messaging and visual identity.
• Collaborate with creative, performance and social teams to conceive and launch integrated campaigns.
• Guide social‑media and content direction to maintain a strong brand voice.
• Analyse market insights and campaign performance, turning data into actionable brand decisions.
• Present recommendations and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Work closely with clients to align brand strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand strategy, positioning and identity development.
• Background in digital and performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
