Business Analyst (ERP & Data) – Algiers

About the role

Salvo Grima Group is seeking a full‑time Business Analyst to join its Technology team in Algiers. You will analyse current business processes, document requirements, and help integrate them with the company’s new ERP system, supporting the Group’s travel‑retail, wholesale and ship‑supply operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Group and its subsidiaries in upgrading and implementing a new ERP solution.
• Analyse existing processes, identify optimisation opportunities and map them to the ERP.
• Participate in user‑acceptance testing, provide feedback to vendors and act as the ERP business owner.
• Develop reports, dashboards and KPI visualisations from the ERP and other data sources.
• Liaise with senior management to define useful performance indicators and guide commercial decisions.
• Gather, document and validate detailed business requirements using appropriate techniques.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level user support, deliver training and assist with software quality and security audits.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, disruptive trends and agile methodologies.
