Conseiller de vente – Retail Telecom

About the role

The Sales Advisor will work in Ooredoo’s retail store in El Milia, welcoming customers and guiding them through the company’s mobile, broadband and digital service portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving sales of telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers, identify their needs and propose suitable mobile, broadband and digital products.
• Process sales transactions, activate services, and manage contract documentation in the company’s systems.
• Answer product‑related questions, explain features and pricing, and promote current offers and loyalty programmes.
• Provide basic troubleshooting or refer customers to the appropriate support channel.
• Maintain a tidy and well‑organized sales area and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and customer‑satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills in French and/or Arabic; English is a plus.
• Experience in retail or direct‑customer sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, showing reliability, integrity and a proactive attitude.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail in handling transactions.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
