Construction Site Manager – Aïn Naâdja Project

About the role

The company Khelifati is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead daily operations on its Aïn Naâdja project in Algiers. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery of works.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise construction activities on the site.
• Lead and coordinate the work of various trades and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily progress and report on the status of the project.
• Plan and manage material, equipment and labour requirements.
• Control quality and compliance of all executed works.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule and contractual deadlines.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Enforce HSE rules and safety instructions.
• Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Higher education in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction sites, preferably in building works.
• Strong knowledge of site organisation and progress tracking.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proven capacity to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Rigorous, autonomous, responsive and responsible.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
