About the role

Join KPMG Algeria as a Junior Transformation Consultant within the Technology Advisory practice. You will work on ambitious enterprise projects, supporting end‑to‑end IT transformation from strategic analysis to solution deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits, analyses, and workshops to assess client environments.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, cloud strategies, and master plans for infrastructure evolution.
• Evaluate opportunities and feasibility for cloud migration, outsourcing, and sourcing, and prepare business cases.
• Participate in community animation and advisory portfolio development.
• Support governance and steering of large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Contribute to strengthening KPMG’s expertise and market reputation.

Required profile

• Young engineering graduate with a strong appetite for consulting.
• Proactive technology watch and ability to synthesize information into compelling proposals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from need detection to technical and commercial proposal drafting.
