About the role

The company seeks a Management Controller to lead budgeting, cost monitoring and financial performance analysis for its agro‑food operations in Blida. You will work closely with operational teams and senior management to ensure financial targets are met and variances are understood.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual budgets, tracking actuals against forecasts.
• Analyze variances, identify causes of losses, waste and rework.
• Create and maintain dashboards for production, distribution, inventory and overhead costs.
• Control and follow costs of raw materials, production, distribution, stocks and general expenses.
• Prepare financial forecasts for revenue, margins and results.
• Assess profitability of products and business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac + 4/5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or Audit.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or agro‑food environment.
• Strong knowledge of management control techniques, cost accounting and analytical accounting.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication abilities.
• High level of rigor, teamwork, autonomy and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
