About the role
Kamelo Food, a biscuit manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Industrial Cost Controller to join its finance team. The role focuses on budgeting, reporting and performance analysis within an industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and analyse annual and monthly budgets.
- Produce financial reports and monthly dashboards for management.
- Identify performance variances and propose corrective actions.
- Support internal control processes and drive process optimisation.
- Coordinate month‑end closing activities and assist operational teams in performance monitoring.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in management control, preferably in an industrial or agri‑food setting.
- Strong analytical ability, rigor, autonomy and teamwork orientation.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAGE is a plus.
