About the role
Organon is seeking a professional Customer Representative to promote its women’s health portfolio across Algeria. Based in Algiers, you will engage healthcare professionals, convey product value, and support better health outcomes through scientific marketing and account management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead‑generation plans to build a robust business pipeline.
- Conduct customer representative calls with prospective and existing clients, providing clinical and outcomes data.
- Tailor messaging to audience needs and discuss how products meet quality metrics.
- Collaborate with commercial and market‑access teams to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure 100% compliance with PV SOPs and organizational ethics.
Required profile
- Medical Doctor or licensed pharmacist preferred.
- At least 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
- Fluent in French and English.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Results‑oriented with strong deadline management.
- Self‑motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
