About the role
The Customer Success Executive will combine data analysis with client consulting to uncover insights that drive business decisions for leading global companies. You will work closely with retail FMCG partners in Algeria, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of NIQ retail FMCG partners in Algeria.
- Become an expert on the Discover platform and guide clients on its use.
- Analyse and interpret retail audit data, delivering presentations that address business challenges across FMCG categories.
- Maintain daily client interaction for data delivery, analysis, and request handling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion (panel & ad‑hoc).
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations, resources, and timelines.
Required profile
- Curiosity about market dynamics and a passion for turning percentages into stories.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Interest in consumer marketing, statistics, research techniques, and experimental design.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
