Customer Support Consultant – Remote (Short‑term)

About the role

SupportYourApp is seeking a fluent English Customer Support Consultant to join its global team on a short‑term basis. You will work remotely, assisting customers of leading SaaS, software, and hardware brands through email and chat, ensuring fast and friendly resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, high‑quality support via email and chat for billing, usage, technical issues, and bugs.
• Document customer interactions and generate regular feedback reports.
• Escalate complex cases to engineering teams when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client solutions and internal tools.
• Handle sensitive data securely and follow best practices for customer happiness.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
• Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
• Reliable PC (8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using CRM systems.
