Digital Finance Assistant

About the role

The Digital Finance Assistant will support the finance team in managing the full purchase request (PR) and purchase order (PO) lifecycle for our IT operations. Working on‑site in Bab Ezzouar, you will ensure budgets are respected, expenses are correctly allocated, and financial data is ready for analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and close PR/PO cycles, guaranteeing alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Maintain up‑to‑date financial data for analytical reporting and audit purposes.
• Track invoices, verify that services delivered match budget allocations, and raise alerts for any discrepancies.
• Monitor IT budget consumption, distinguishing between CapEx and OpEx, and report variances.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Technology Platform, Facilities, and HR teams, escalating issues when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M2) or equivalent engineering qualification (Bac +5).
• 1‑2 years of experience in financial administration, preferably within an IT environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and maintain financial data.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of PR/PO processes and financial workflows.
• Knowledge of CapEx versus OpEx budgeting in technology projects.
