About the role

Spiros Digital Intelligence Agency is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute data‑driven marketing strategies for both the agency and its clients. You will be responsible for driving measurable business growth across multiple digital channels while collaborating with creative and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
• Oversee content marketing and social media planning.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs and ROI.
• Lead SEO initiatives and support website growth.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and account managers.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, AI tools, and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
