Directeur Technique – Production & Maintenance

About the role

The Technical Director will lead the production and maintenance operations at our Blida facility, ensuring industrial performance, safety, and quality. This senior position reports directly to senior management and is responsible for shaping the technical strategy of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production and maintenance activities to guarantee optimal industrial performance.
• Develop and optimize work methods to improve productivity and product quality.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Manage and motivate technical teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Contribute to defining and implementing the company’s industrial strategy.
• Manage the department budget and monitor performance indicators.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Master 2) or equivalent (Bac+5) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar technical leadership role, preferably in industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a capacity to propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and organizational abilities.
