About the role

The Disease Area Squad Lead for Neurology will act as an agnostic steward of resources, leveraging network expertise to deliver integrated disease‑area outcomes. Based in a Roche country affiliate, the role participates in cross‑border collaborations and virtual work‑package teams to scale country results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership, set vision and strategic ambition for the squad, and ensure execution through outcome‑based planning and budget oversight.
• Create an environment where diverse technical disciplines align to pursue the squad’s North Star ambition.
• Apply agile methodologies, drive continuous improvement via retrospectives, and embed the customer voice through co‑creation and omnichannel journeys.
• Offer VACC leadership and coaching to develop fit‑for‑purpose teams.
• Collaborate with other Squad Leads to prioritize initiatives, reduce duplication, and align squad goals with regional and global outcomes.
• Maintain end‑to‑end accountability for squad outcomes, resources, and capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a multi‑disciplinary, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across countries and functions.
