About the role

We are looking for an experienced EMS/NMS Designer to create and implement Element Management System (EMS) and Network Management System (NMS) solutions for our telecom network. The role focuses on designing multi‑domain, multi‑vendor management platforms that support fault, performance, configuration, accounting and security management while integrating with OSS/BSS.

Key responsibilities

• Design EMS and NMS architectures for IP/MPLS, DWDM, access and security domains.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level design documents covering topology, OOB interfaces and protocol stacks.
• Define device connectivity using NETCONF/YANG, SNMP, CLI and REST APIs.
• Develop fault‑management, alarm‑correlation, configuration‑automation and performance‑monitoring frameworks.
• Design northbound integration with OSS/BSS via REST, CORBA, TL1 or vendor adapters.
• Create mediation layers to normalize multi‑vendor data for unified OSS formats.
• Specify NOC dashboards, topology discovery, auto‑inventory and event‑correlation rules.
• Evaluate vendor EMS/NMS platforms for compliance with design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, IT or Computer Science.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in EMS/NMS design and network‑management system integration.
• Proven ability to work with multi‑vendor, multi‑domain telecom environments.

Required skills

• NETCONF and YANG modeling.
• SNMP, CLI and REST API development.
• CORBA and TL1 integration protocols.
• Knowledge of IP/MPLS and DWDM technologies.
