Engagement Assistant (F/H)

About the role

The Engagement Assistant supports the audit and risk management teams in delivering high‑quality client engagements. Working closely with Engagement Managers and Partners, you will coordinate administrative, technical and billing activities across multiple KPMG offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Risk Management evaluation process and Sentinel Approval Number (SAN) requests.
• Prepare draft Engagement Acceptance/Continuance entries in the Global CEAC dashboard.
• Draft and circulate Engagement Letters and Multi‑Firm Engagement documents, track client and foreign office signatures.
• Initiate procurement by requesting Purchase Orders in the P2P tool for supplier invoices.
• Support daily use of internal tools (Global CEAC, Sentinel, STAR, CRM) and open/update/close jobs in STAR.
• Collaborate on risk‑related documentation (reliance letters, NDAs) and manage signing procedures.
• Draft, format and finalize deliverables such as reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Organise internal and external meetings and provide billing support with the Central Billing department.
• Run STAR reports (e.g., WIP) and share knowledge with team members, acting as Performance Manager when required.

Required profile

• Strong computer skills, especially Outlook and the MS Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of anti‑money‑laundering rules and Know‑Your‑Customer processes.
• Proficiency with internal tools such as CRM, P2P, STAR, Sentinel, Global CEAC and CLMS.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and either French or German; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum education: Baccalaureat/A‑Levels; higher degrees are an asset.
• First professional experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment; recent graduates are welcome.
