About the role

Join the Project Operations team of a leading oilfield services provider as an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Professional. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for HSE matters, ensuring safe and compliant execution of projects across client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the BH HSE management system, aligning with client procedures and local legal requirements.
• Develop and review job safety analyses, emergency preparedness plans, and safe working procedures.
• Manage all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for BH and subcontractor personnel.
• Ensure Lock‑Out Tag‑Out (LOTO) procedures are applied before each activity.
• Coordinate equipment certification processes and maintain safety documentation for audits.
• Lead HSE toolbox talks, site inspections, and investigations, applying root‑cause analysis findings.
• Report key safety and environmental KPIs, including injury & illness rates and STOP‑work incidents.
• Maintain government HSE compliance and support customer meetings on safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Management.
• Minimum 4 years of health and safety experience, preferably in oil & gas.
• Advanced communication skills in French, Arabic and English.
• Strong investigation and training abilities.
• Experience with vehicle monitoring systems and HSE auditing.
