French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, providing clear, friendly assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support through phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
