French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via voice calls and live chat, providing friendly, accurate assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and log all interactions.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
