French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering support via phone and live chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly assistance in both French and English across phone calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to drive improvements in processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
