French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
