About the role

The dental practice in Hydra, Algiers is seeking a dedicated Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, financial management, and team coordination. Reporting directly to the associate dentists, you will ensure smooth patient flow and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial and accounting tasks, including supplier invoice processing, cash‑flow monitoring, and tax compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the external accountant, providing documentation and tracking financial statements.
• Optimize appointment scheduling, oversee billing, electronic transmission of claims, third‑party payments, and follow‑up on unpaid invoices.
• Lead and motivate a team of dental assistants and reception staff, handling rosters, training, and team cohesion.
• Welcome patients, explain complex treatment estimates, and assist with administrative procedures.
• Negotiate with suppliers, track equipment orders, and maintain relationships with prosthetic laboratories.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sterilisation, and medical regulations.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar role within a dental office, medical centre, or comparable business management environment.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge with a solid grasp of office software tools.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, discreet, and capable of leading a team with a supportive approach.
