About the role
The HR Officer handles the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance follow-up and administrative management. The role supports department managers, maintains HR records, ensures compliance with labour regulations and helps develop internal policies that strengthen team performance and company culture. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Mostaganem.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Control attendance, leave and HR administration
- Enforce HR policies and labour law compliance
- Support managers in team performance management
- Manage payroll preparation
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills and organisation
- Ability to act as a trusted link between employees and management
