Industrial Sales Manager – North Africa

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to lead business development across the North Africa region. The role focuses on expanding market share for diesel engine solutions within industrial, marine, oil & gas, construction, mining and firefighting segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
• Research market opportunities in GCC and North Africa, analyse competitors, and develop entry strategies for new product segments.
• Support marketing initiatives, coordinate participation in exhibitions and customer events.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate with logistics and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with aftermarket and application engineering to resolve service issues and enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in diesel engine sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Strong customer focus, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
• Experience with international sales operations, especially in the GCC region (advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities, Arabic is a plus.
