About the role

The company is looking for an Application Engineer to support its Human Resources information systems. The position is based in Algiers and is open to recent graduates with a licence in Management Computing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop HR information system applications.
• Create and manage databases supporting HR processes.
• Generate reports, dashboards and key performance indicators for HR management.
• Collaborate with HR teams to analyse needs and propose technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with personal data protection regulations.

Required profile

• Licence (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Management Computing or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical abilities, good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Organised, rigorous and capable of solving problems quickly.
• Ability to write clear reports and synthesize information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with HR management software and HR information systems.
